We offer in-person help with submitting online applications for the Boston E-Bikes Incentive Program.

Please know that on the day of the appointment you will need to have access to an email to be able to submit your application. In-person help hours on Monday, August 3, are 9 a.m. - 12 p.m., and are drop-in style with no prior appointment necessary.  

We are located in Room 721 on the 7th floor of Boston City Hall (1 City Hall Square, Boston, MA 02201).
