Parks fitness: Live virtual yoga class

If you are looking to keep fit, you can participate in a free fitness class offered by one of our certified instructors while still staying safely at home. Join us for virtual fitness classes sponsored by Boston Parks and Recreation, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, and the Boston Public Health Commission.

Trained yoga instructor Malaika Bonafide Vinyasa offers an accessible, alignment-based compassionate yoga practice geared to finding and creating strength, mobility, and balance through the postures of yoga. 

This is an all-levels yoga flow class. Yoga blocks, straps, mat, and comfortable clothing for movement suggested.
