Parks Fitness: Vinyasa Yoga with Carla
Vinyasa Flow incorporates traditional asanas (poses) with pranayama (life force energy, or breath). You will be guided through a series of poses that are intentionally sequenced to realign the body, reset the nervous system, and settle the mind.
Meet us in beautiful LoPresti Park looking out to the Boston Skyline for this outdoor yoga series. You will be offered safe modifications as the elements of nature and an outdoor environment come into play. Look forward to balancing your body and mind, getting some Vitamin D, and enjoying your neighborhood throughout these offerings.
We suggest bringing some extra layers for the beginning and end of classes for when there is more stillness in the body. These classes are all levels!
