Parks Summer Fitness: Virtual Fusion Fit class
Looking to push yourself to the max? Try Fusion fit, a workout that aims to hit all the major muscle groups in one single session! A typical class will include exercises for back, legs, chest, shoulders, arms, and core. Get ready to squat, jump, hold planks and wall sits, and stretch it all out at the end! Incorporating weights into the exercises will be cued, but not necessary to perform the exercise. Options to modify will be offered throughout each class.
