Parent Advisory Committee
The Office of Early Childhood Annual Advisory Committee serves as a platform for parents to voice their opinions and contribute to the decision-making process. This committee is comprised of families and parent engagement professionals to help shape policies, initiative messaging and implementation
- Meet quarterly
- Engage equal numbers of parents and staff
- Leverage City infrastructure
- Compensates parents for their expertise
- Ensure representation across all neighborhoods
- Partner with organizations to find the parents who are least likely to be involved in these efforts.
