The Muslim Employee Resource Group serves to build community among Muslim employees and to advocate for our needs. Our goals are to:

  • Connect Muslim employees, fostering belonging in City government and opportunities for community and professional development
  • Support the relationship between the Boston Muslim community and City government
  • Share our faith traditions with the larger Boston community
