Food trucks public lottery process workshop
This one-day workshop is intended to provide the preparation required for you to participate in the City of Boston's yearly Food Truck Lottery for public sites.
We will cover the permitting and licensing requirements needed to participate in the food truck lottery.
This informational session will cover the following:
- understanding public vs. private food truck locations
- the lottery and selection process for assignment of public food truck sites
- public food truck schedules for all sites, and
- permitting and licensing renewal requirements.
We designed the Economic Development Center to directly engage with residents and businesses. We want to build pathways to wealth building, and connect you with opportunities to grow and thrive. All workshops are free and open to the public, but require registration.

- a child-friendly environment.

Conservation Commission hearing
In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40, the Boston Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing in Boston City Hall, Piemonte Room, at 6:00 p.m. on November 20, 2019 to review the following projects to determine what conditions, if any, the Commission will impose in order to protect the interests of the public and private water supply, ground water, prevention of pollution, flood control, prevention of storm damage, protection of fisheries and land containing shellfish, and protection of wildlife habitat.
