Welcome to the BCYC Partner Resource Hub for the 2026-2027 School Year youth employment season!
A few key reminders about the 2026-2027 BCYC School Year youth employment program:
- Youth need to be at least 14 years old by Monday, November 2, 2026, to be eligible to work.
- Youth Leaders leaders need to be at least 19 years old by Monday, October 26, 2026, to be eligible for the Youth Leader position.
- Youth can work up to 8 hours per week for a maximum of 136 total program hours.
- Leaders can work up to 12 hours per week for a maximum of 216 total program hours.
- All participating BCYC programs will be required to have all their Youth and Leaders participate in a minimum of 8 hours of civic engagement and beautification activities organized by Youth Employment and Opportunity (YEO) and the Mayor’s Youth Council.
