WHB3 Developer Presentation 1: Dorchester and Hyde Park

Led by the Mayor’s Office of Housing and the Planning Department, the third phase of the Welcome Home, Boston initiative aims to create new homes for first-time homebuyers on city-owned land. Following the release of the RFP in July 2025, 11 developers responded with proposals to create homeownership units on the 9 sites offered in the RFP. Please join our virtual meeting to hear from the developers and provide feedback on their proposals for sites located in Dorcheter and Hyde Park neighborhoods.
