355 PARK STREET RETAINING WALL PROJECT DORCHESTER, MA

Bids shall be on a form supplied by the MOH, be clearly identified as a bid, and signed by the bidder, and enclosed in a sealed envelope plainly marked with MOH, the Project Name and Project Number. 

All bids for this project are subject to current provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30, section 39M as amended; and to the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: 355 Park Street Retaining Wall Project - Project No. B5513B. The scope of work includes partial demolition and support of an existing retaining wall, and construction of a new retaining wall.

ALL BIDS shall be filed with the Awarding Authority and submitted directly to the MOH Bid Counter, located at 26 Court Street, Boston, MA 02108 before twelve o'clock (noon) (EST), on December 30, 2025.

A MANDATORY Bidders’ Conference will be held on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at 10:00 AM at the 355 Park Street, Dorchester, MA site. 

Plans and specifications will be available on or about December 1, 2025, and are only available electronically from MOH and can be downloaded by registering at boston.gov/departments/housing/requests-proposals.
