Project Goals

405 Washington Street is a homeownership development that will transform a vacant and underutilized city-owned parcel in Dorchester. The project consists of thirteen (13) condominium units, with a mix of one (1) studio, two (2) 1-bedroom units, six (6) 2-bedroom units, and four (4) 3-bedroom units. All thirteen (13) units will be deed-restricted. There will be five (5) units affordable to households earning no more than 80% AMI. An additional four (4) units affordable to households earning at or below 100% AMI.
