Special Events Emergency Action Plan Permit

If you are hosting a special event in Boston with a capacity of 1,500 or more, you are required to complete the Special Events Emergency Action Plan and submit a site map to the Office of Emergency Management, as apart of the special events permitting process.

Our Process

Step 1 

Complete our Special Events Permit application form : 

SPECIAL EVENTS PERMIT APPLICATION 

Step 2

Send your sitemap for the event to eoc@boston.gov. Without this your permit application will not be approved. 

Step 3

The Office of Emergency Management will review your application and notify you if it is approved. We will work with you if you need assistance throughout the process just email eoc@boston.gov and representative will contact you.
