This Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals under MOH’s Real Estate Disposition Program. 

This Property is being offered “As Is” without warrant of any kind, express or implied. The Property: 11 Chipman St, Dorchester (Ward 17 Parcel 01401000) approximately 2,470 total square feet. 

Proposals must be submitted before 4:00 P.M., Boston time, Monday, April 6, 2026, and opened forthwith.

The RFP documents will be available on or about Monday, March 2, 2026, after 9:00 A.M., Boston time and can be downloaded by registering at boston.gov/departments/housing/requests-proposals.  

Questions regarding the RFP are due no later than Monday, March 30, 2026, and shall be submitted as specified in the RFP.
