PARKER TERRACE RETAINING WALL PROJECT

The City of Boston, acting by its Public Facilities Commission, through its Director of the Mayor’s Office of Housing (MOH), 26 Court Street, Boston, MA 02108, hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, hereby invites sealed bids for the project listed above. 

 

Bids shall be on a form supplied by the MOH, be clearly identified as a bid, and signed by the bidder, and enclosed in a sealed envelope plainly marked with MOH, the Project Name and Project Number. 

Bids are only available electronically from MOH and can be downloaded by registering at boston.gov/departments/housing/requests-proposals.    

 

All bids for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: Parker Terrace Retaining Wall Project.

ALL BIDS shall be filed with the Awarding Authority and submitted directly to the MOH Bid Counter, located at 26 Court Street, Boston, MA 02108 before 12:00 P.M., Boston time, Thursday, April 2, 2026, and opened forthwith.

The IFB documents will be available on or about Monday, March 2, 2026, after 09:00 A.M., Boston time

A Bidders’ Conference will be held on Monday, March 16, 2026, at 10:00 AM at 77 Terrace Street, Roxbury, MA. All those attending the Bidders’ Conference will do so at their own risk.
