Aberdeen Architectural Conservation District

The Aberdeen Architectural Conservation District Commission will hold its monthly public hearing on Thursday, June 11, 2026, at 4 p.m.

ATTENTION: This hearing will only be held virtually and NOT in person. You can participate in this hearing by going to our online meeting or calling 1-646-828-7666 and entering meeting id # 165 435 9924. You can also submit written comments or questions to AberdeenACDC@boston.gov.

    APP # 26.0916 AB 2045 COMMONWEALTH AVENUE

    Proposed Work: Expand existing elevator headhouse.

  3. ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW

    APP # 26.0645 AB 4-12 KILSYTH TERRACE: Building envelope rehabilitation of a four storey brick apartment building. The exterior rehab will include replacement of all existing windows, with wood,  6 over 1 simulated divided lights with external and internally applied muntin bars. Restoration will also include replacement of damaged brick and stone. Degraded mortar joints will be re-pointed. Exterior brick and stone surfaces will be cleaned. 

    APP # 26.1024 AB 10 SELKIRK ROAD: Remove and replace the existing 15-year-old roof. Temporarily remove the front deck railing as required to complete the work, and reinstall it after completion.
