The Revolutionary Spark – Battle of Bunker Hill Commemoration
The first in a series of screenings designed to make history accessible to broad audiences while encouraging thoughtful discussion about Boston's past, present, and future.
This event will commemorate the Battle of Bunker Hill and explore the historical significance of the American Revolution through a screening of the 30 min clips that display the revolutionary acts that happened on Bunker Hill, followed by a moderated discussion led by Jennifer L. Moore, GBH News’, Boston Historians and descendants of the battle.
The screening will take place at the Bunker Hill Museum on June 16, 2026 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. and is intended to engage students, families, educators, residents, and visitors as part of Boston's America 250 commemoration efforts.
