The Building Emissions Reduction and Disclosure (BERDO) Review Board will hold a public meeting on October 26 at 4:30 p.m.

Application for Building Portfolio from Retals LLC for five (5) buildings in the neighborhoods of Brighton, Downtown, South Boston- Waterfront, and Fenway. Application was submitted via Pathway 1 and includes office and multifamily housing uses. Approval of this portfolio would enable a portfolio-level Blended Emissions Standard for emissions limits compliance. Link to Application Materials
