The Retirement Board is currently conducting an election for two Board positions.
Term of Office:October 1, 2020 – September 30, 2023
Eligible Candidate:Any member-in-service or retiree of the Boston Retirement System
Nomination papers:Available at Boston City Hall, Room 816, starting June 15, 2020
Requirements for Nomination Papers:Nomination papers must be filed with the Retirement Board no later than July 13, 2020, by 5 p.m. Any member-in-service or retiree of the Boston Retirement System may qualify as a candidate by filing with the Election Officer of the Boston Retirement System a nomination paper, or papers, containing the signatures and addresses of at least twenty (20) members or retirees of the Boston Retirement System.
Voting Method:Paper (via US Postal Service) or electronic
Election Start:August 24, 2020
Election Close:Ballot must be received by September 25, 2020
