                            Phase A Development Plan for Planned Development Area No. 115, Enterprise Research Campus Project, 100 Western Avenue, Allston

                           

                            Said PDA Master Plan proposes the construction of multiple buildings that comprise Phase A of the Proposed Project, containing a total of approximately 900,000 square feet and described conceptually, including an office/lab building with approximately 440,000 square feet of office/lab and retail and restaurant space; a residential structure having two distinct massings with approximately 263,500 square feet of residential and retail and restaurant space and approximately 345 units; a hotel with approximately 135,000 square feet of hotel and retail space and approximately 250 hotel rooms; an approximately 61,500 square foot conference center and retail and restaurant space; and up to 580 off-street parking spaces.  The PDA Master Plan also includes various open spaces, including a greenway that will bisect the site (the “Project Greenway”).

     

     

    ZONING HEARING

    The Zoning Commission of the City of Boston hereby gives notice, in accordance with Chapter 665 of the Acts of 1956, as amended, that a virtual public hearing will be held on August 10, 2022, at 9:00 A.M., in connection with petitions for approval of the Amended and Restated Master Plan for Planned Development Area No. 115, Harvard Enterprise Research Campus (“PDA Master Plan”) and the Phase A Development Plan for Planned Development Area No. 115,  Enterprise Research Campus Project (“Phase A”),  filed by the Boston Redevelopment Authority d/b/a the Boston Planning & Development Agency. 

     

    Said PDA Master Plan proposes the construction of multiple buildings that comprise
