Aberdeen Architectural Conservation District

The Aberdeen Architectural Conservation District Commission will hold its monthly public hearing on Thursday, November 13, 2025, at 4 p.m.

ATTENTION: This hearing will only be held virtually and NOT in person. You can participate in this hearing by going to our Zoom hearing or calling 1-929-205-6099 and entering meeting id # 1613811917. You can also submit written comments or questions to AberdeenACDC@boston.gov.

    APP # 26.0336  AB 1952 BEACON STREET

    Proposed Work: Replace existing Harbor One signage with Eastern Bank signage in same style of sign. Internally illuminated set of raceway channel letters (30.4" H x 243" W). Replace the faces in the existing projecting sign. Stencil cut aluminum face with .75" push thru acrylic letters. Letters only illuminated, background is opaque.
