1. Request authorization for the approval of the Minutes of the December 11, 2025, Board Meeting.
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS/INVITATION FOR BIDS/CONTRACTS/GRANTS
2. Request authorization to amend the Construction Services contract with South Coast Improvement Company to complete repairs to the platform and canopy at 12 Channel Street in the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park, to increase the contract amount by $350,000, and to further execute a 15% contingency for a total aggregate contract amendment amount of $402,500.
3. Request authorization to amend the Engineering Services Contract with Gale Associates, Inc. for Engineering Design Services for repairs to the Platform and Canopy at 12 Channel Street within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park, increase the contract by $137,100, and to further execute a 15% contingency for a total aggregate contract amendment amount not to exceed $157,665.
4. Request authorization to enter into a Grant Agreement with the Suffolk University Office of Small Business to support local economic development through technical assistance and advisory services for small business owners in an amount not to exceed $50,000.
5. Request authorization to issue a Request for Proposals for a contractor to deliver CDL Class B licensure training in support of the Boston Climate Jobs Alliance.
6. Request authorization to issue a Request for Proposals for a contractor to provide Training and Case Management services to support the Boston Climate Jobs Alliance.
7. Request authorization to issue a Request for Proposals for a contractor to provide a training program to support the Boston Climate Jobs Alliance that provides career readiness, occupational skills, and wrap-around support for participants to enter and be successful in a registered union apprenticeship in the building trades.
