Cutting and repointing of the remaining areas of the brick masonry parapet. Cutting and repointing of selected areas of the brick chimney at the top floor and above the roof line. Cleaning and recoating of the cast stone masonry at the parapet with new elastomeric masonry coating, to match the current coating cast stone color. All replacement face brick, cast stone, and mortar is to match the current existing materials.
