At the request of the Public Improvement Commission staff, the Acceptance of the Minutes of the PIC hearing which was held on July 9, 2026.

Public Hearing

• On a petition by the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority for the making of Specific Repairs within the following public ways in Boston Proper:

• Washington Street – southwest of Summer Street/Winter Street;
• Summer Street – southeast of Washington Street;
• Tremont Street – southwest of Winter Street;
• Winter Street – southeast of Tremont Street.

• Bremen Street – on its northwesterly side generally northeast of Maverick Street.
