Application for Building Portfolio from Boston Water & Sewer Commission for three (3) buildings in the neighborhoods of Charlestown, South End, and Roxbury. Application was submitted via Pathway 1 and includes office, storage, and services uses. Approval of this portfolio would enable a portfolio-level Blended Emissions Standard for emissions limits compliance. Link to Application Materials
