  8. Executive Session and Adjournment

    The Board shall enter into Executive Session in order to discuss the physical condition or mental health of an individual and complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual.  Specifically, the Board shall consider multiple petitions for accidental death benefits and an open meeting law complaint.  Additionally, the Board shall enter into Executive Session in order to discuss strategy with respect to litigation.  Specifically, the Board shall discuss multiple cases pending in the Contributory Retirement Appeal Board and pension forfeiture matters.  The Board shall re-convene in Administrative Session in order to consider any remaining agenda items and then adjourn.
