Public Employee Committee
The Public Employee Committee (PEC) was created in 2011 when the City adopted Mass. General Laws, Chapter 32B, Section 19.
The committee is the authorized and exclusive health insurance bargaining representative for the coalition of public employee bargaining units and retirees of the City of Boston. You can find documents related to the work of the committee below.
