3. Create Boundaries That Protect Peace and Energy

We will cover:

• Identifying hidden energy drains within business operations
• Setting boundaries confidently and without guilt
• Designing work rhythms that support long-term sustainability
• Protecting mental and emotional capacity while growing a business
