Parks Fitness: Dancehall Bootcamp with Miciyiaah

Dancehall Bootcamp is a fun, high-energy class designed to help you build confidence, strength, and style—no experience needed! Whether you’re a beginner or someone who already loves to dance, this class meets you where you are and helps you grow at your own pace.
Each session focuses on authentic dancehall movements, including whining, female dance steps, and full-body conditioning, while also incorporating stretching and technique. You’ll not only learn how to move, but how to feel the music and express yourself freely.
This is a judgment-free, empowering space where you can let loose, boost your confidence, and connect with a supportive community. Come ready to sweat, have fun, and step into your power, because Dancehall Bootcamp is more than just a class, it’s an experience.
