Parks Summer Fitness: Chair Yoga
Chair yoga is great for everyone but particularly for those who prefer to move with the support of a chair. In this class we will energize our bodies, cultivate resilience, explore spinal movements and build core strength and flexibility through accessible seated postures. First thing in the morning -- it's better than a cup of coffee!
