Parks Summer Fitness: HIIT Training
Note: There will not be an in-person class on Saturday, July 2.
This class is a total body workout that will get your heart rate pumping and will include a 6-minute warm up followed by blocks of body-weight exercises that target the upper body, lower body, core and cardio for a full body experience. We will end with a cool down and some stretching. Bring some water and a yoga/fitness mat if you have one.
