YEE works with a network of community organizations and businesses to provide valuable opportunities for Boston’s teens.In our work, we:
- place teens in summer and school-year jobs
- provide guidance and mentorship, and
- ensure Boston's youth have the skills and professionalism needed to succeed.

Summer 2018 Successlink registration begins February 19!
If you're a young person living in Boston and looking for a job, you have a couple of different options:

After you register with Successlink, you're entered into our summer jobs lottery. Please keep in mind, registering with Successlink does not guarantee you a job.
If you’re enrolled in a Boston Public School high school, you can also contact a Private Industry Council (PIC) career specialist at your school. Find your school’s career specialist.
The Successlink Summer Youth Employment Program provides meaningful jobs to teens in the summer. For decades, the City and local partners have worked to get employers involved. The deadline to apply to be a partner for summer 2018 was Wednesday, February 7, 2018.
