We have classes available to homebuyers, homeowners, or anyone that wants to learn! Our classes are offered at several locations across Boston.
To sign up for a class, just check the schedule and register online. You'll get a confirmation e-mail. If you don't get one, give us a call at 617-635-HOME.

This one-and-a-half-hour course is ideal for anyone exploring the home buying process. You'll learn about the pros and cons of homeownership, about preparing your finances, and about determining what type of home is right for you. |
The ten-hour course for first-time buyers covers the mortgage process, managing debt, and shopping for a house. The class is required for anyone applying for assistance from the City. |

Homebuyer Readiness Workshop | Are you thinking about buying a home? This is a very personal decision that only you can make, but there are suggestions we can make to help you figure out if you are ready now or if you need assistance with credit building, budgeting, or personal finance to prepare for homeownership down the road. |
Join our panel discussion to find out who you need on your homebuying team. The session introduces you to the types of professionals you'll be working with, like mortgage loan officers, realtors, insurance agents, and real estate attorneys. You must be a member of the Homebuyer Club to join. |

The free six-hour seminar offers tips for new homeowners and people looking for financial help through the Boston Housing Center. You can learn about maintenance, lead paint, and landlord and tenant rights. There are also tools for budgeting and qualifying for discount programs. You must be a graduate of Homebuyer 101 and a current homeowner to apply. |
Homeowner 202: Tips for New Condo Owners Sign up for Homeowner 202 through the Massachusetts Affordable Housing Alliance (MAHA). |
The free six-hour seminar is for new condo owners and people applying for financial help through the Boston Housing Center. They cover maintenance, condo management, and legal issues. They also discuss repairs, budgeting, and how to become a landlord. You can also get help qualifying for discounts through the HomeSafe program. You must be a graduate of Homebuying 101 and a current homeowner to apply. |
The free workshop covers everything you need to know before you sign a contract. We discuss what questions you should ask and who to turn to if you run into trouble. We also offer general tips on home repair. The class is led by Julio Fuentes, the owner and operator of Construction Consulting. |

We help you find and qualify for home repair loans. Our loans are 0 percent interest, deferred loans for various types of repairs for one- to four-family homes in Boston. You must be within certain income guidelines. |
