Linda LoPriore

Program Manager

Linda LoPriore, Program Manager for the Mayor’s Office on Public Safety, has been with the Mayor’s Office on Public Safety since its inception in 2014. Prior to that, she worked for the Massachusetts State House. She took on various roles such as Chief of Staff, Constituent Services, and worked on the State’s Budget and Legislation. Working at the State House is where Linda grew her desire to get involved in programs and initiatives that offered second chances to those who have struggled in life. Her biggest accomplishments are wrapped around other people’s success stories.

Linda was born and raised in the North End and lived there until 2014 when she moved to East Boston. She has two adult sons, and has always been active within her community. Her and her sons oversee two of the North Ends biggest events:

  1. The Johnny Paolo Bocce Tournament: Named after her dad, and in partnership with NEAD (North End against Drugs), the event raises money for their organizations and for school scholarships.
  2. The Anthony “wrinkles” Morella Street Hockey Tournament: This event raises money for Autism Awareness.

Aside from her involvement in the Public Safety Office's two major programs, Linda is continuously looking for partners and programs that offer the same chances and give back to their community, helping others form a solid foundation leading into a successful career path.
