Meet at the top of Savin Hill to connect with your community and flow into your Saturday with an all levels Vinyasa class linking breath with movement while surrounded by the beauty of nature. Get ready to move, sweat, and feel amazing! This high-energy Strength and Mobility class is designed to help you build real strength, improve flexibility, and move better in your everyday life. We’ll combine functional strength training with dynamic mobility work to increase confidence, reduce stiffness, and prevent injury.

This class is for everybody whether you’re just getting started or getting back into your routine. Expect a mix of bodyweight exercises, light resistance, and intentional stretching in a supportive, no-judgment environment. Come as you are and leave feeling stronger, more mobile, and more in tune with your body.

FM Collective

About the band - "FM Collective is a Boston-based band blending Latin rhythms, hip-hop, and jazz into a joyful, high-energy live experience. Made up of Berklee College of Music graduates from all over the world, the group performs both original music and crowd-pleasing covers that bring people together across cultures and generations. Their performances are lively, engaging, and rooted in musicality, improvisation, and connection with the audience. FM Collective was honored as World Act of the Year at the New England Music Awards and continues to stay very active performing at festivals, concert series, public events, and community celebrations across Massachusetts and beyond."

We will begin with an educational site walk, and then care for new tree plantings and clean up debris. 

No experience necessary! Tools and instruction provided by Urban Wilds Program staff. Please wear sturdy footwear and clothes you don’t mind getting dirty. Long sleeves and pants recommended.
