We offer in-person help with submitting online applications for the Boston E-Bikes Incentive Program.

Please know that on the day of the appointment you will need to have access to an email to be able to submit your application. In-person help hours on Monday, July 27, are 9 a.m. - 5 p.m., and are drop-in style with no prior appointment necessary. 

We are located in Room 721 on the 7th Floor of Boston City Hall (1 City Hall Square, Boston, MA 02201).

On Wednesday, September 9 from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. join us for Try an E-Bike Event on the City Hall Plaza. You can learn more about different e-bikes brands and models. Several bike shops will be there to answer questions. You will also be able to test ride e-bikes (if you are planning to test-ride, please bring your ID). The event is free and open to the public. Drop-in, no registration required. In case of inclement weather, please contact 311 to see if the event is still taking place.

The event will also include an opportunity to learn more about Adaptive Bikes, such as handcycles, recumbent, tandems, and e-handcycle attachments for wheelchairs.  Test-riding adaptive bikes will be available as well.

Mayor Michelle Wu is pleased to resume the Friday Afternoon Concert Series. This concert series, a partnership between Berklee College of Music and the City of Boston, showcases the best of Boston's local music talent.

On Fridays in July and August, from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m., an artist or band will set up in front of the statue of Sam Adams on the Congress Street side of Faneuil Hall. Bring your lunch and a friend or two and enjoy some great music and sunshine. It's completely free!
