Mazi Food Group, which operates the existing restaurant D/B/A Louis Corner and currently holds a Beer, Wine & Cordials license, intends to apply to the Licensing Board to upgrade to an All Alcohol license. No other operational changes are proposed at the location.

Proposal includes interior renovation, removal of two existing rear bump-outs, and construction of a new bump-out adding an additional 48 square feet of floor area, as well as the construction of three decks. One being a dimensionally compliant roof deck with four rooftop condensers, a rear deck above the first story projecting six feet, and an upper deck not projecting into the rear yard. In conjunction with ERT1806394 for a new garage building, the scope also includes a new accessory parking garage for two vehicles at the rear of the existing residential building.

The six-concert Tito Puente Latin Music Series returns to Boston parks on in July and August. Performers include Berklee College of Music faculty, students, alumni, and world-renowned artists.
Created in honor of Latin music icon Tito Puente, this series celebrates years of bringing live Latin music with a strong salsa influence to Boston parks. The series is sponsored in part by Berklee College of Music and Inquilinos Boricuas en Acción. Free salsa lessons will be led by MetaMovements at select concerts.
All concerts start at 7 p.m. All locations are wheelchair accessible. In the event of inclement weather, all concerts will be canceled with no rain dates.

Proposal: Existing dispensary REBELLE intends to apply to extend its hours of operation from 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. and to partner with a delivery courier operator.
