Parks Fitness: Strength Training with Helen
Participate in FREE fitness classes offered by one of our certified instructors. Our classes are a partnership between the Boston Parks and Recreation Department and the Boston Public Health Commission. The series is sponsored by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts.
This class is a full-body, bodyweight workout focused on strength, balance, and conditioning. It will include a dynamic warm-up, functional strength exercises, core and stability work, and a guided cooldown. The class is suitable for all fitness levels, with modifications provided throughout. Participants are encouraged to bring a mat and water.
