Parks Fitness: Strength Training with Helen
Participate in FREE fitness classes offered by one of our certified instructors. Our classes are a partnership between the Boston Parks and Recreation Department and the Boston Public Health Commission. The series is sponsored by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts.
Expect a fun, motivating atmosphere that pushes you to move better, feel stronger in your body. This full body strength class offers modifications and progressions to suit every ability, ensuring a safe yet challenging experience. Using a combination of dumbbells and/or resistance bands, participants will build strength, improve endurance, and enhance overall mobility.
