Fort Point Channel Landmark District Commission

The Fort Point Channel Landmark District Commission will hold its monthly public hearing on Thursday, October 14, 2021, at 6 p.m.

    APP # 21.0754 FPC     253 Summer Street. Continued from the 4/08/2021 and 6/10/2021 FPCLDC Public Hearings. Proposed work: Ratify a patio expansion, including the installation of pavers, planters, lighting, and associated landscaping (Violation # VIO.21.009)

  2. Design Review Hearing

    APP # 22.0419 FPC     44 Farnsworth Street. Proposed work: Install new signage.
