Created in honor of Latin music icon Tito Puente, this series celebrates years of bringing live Latin music with a strong salsa influence to Boston parks. The series is sponsored in part by Berklee College of Music and Inquilinos Boricuas en Acción. Free salsa lessons will be led by MetaMovements at select concerts.

All concerts start at 7 p.m. All locations are wheelchair accessible. In the event of inclement weather, all concerts will be canceled with no rain dates.

Join us to celebrate Earth Day and work on the following tasks:

• Invasive plant removals within the woodland areas adjacent to the Blackwell Footpath and South Street to improve the ecology of these areas and build upon efforts from previous volunteer events. 
• Litter clean up between Bussey Brook and the train tracks, as well as along the South Street wall.

Tools and gloves will be supplied, but if you have a favorite pair of work gloves, feel free to bring them!

Meeting Point: The South Street Gate entrance to the Blackwell Footpath. There is plenty of parking on nearby Flora Way and this entrance is within walking distance from the Forest Hills T Station.

Bring a chair or blanket and come watch! Sign up for the chance to be pulled from a hat, if your name is selected you will have the chance to share your musical talents.

Microphone and amplified sound provided. Please bring instruments cables you may need to perform. 10 minutes per performer (including set up and breakdown). The featured Berklee Performer will close out the show.
