Description: Holder of a 7-Day All Alcoholic Beverages License petitions to transfer its license from Brasserie 560, LLC to 560 Harrison Ave., LLC at the same location and requests removal of the conditions attached to the license: alcohol at tables to be served only in conjunction with meals for both the interior and patio areas, and no bar service on the patio. The petitioner further requests to increase the patio capacity from 40 seats to 152 seats, resulting in an overall increase in seating from 227 to 335 seats.
