Rashida Boyd is a Dorchester native committed to working for a sustainable future. Rashida joined New Ecology, Inc in February of 2022 as a HERS (Home Energy Rating System) Rater Trainee.

Prior to joining New Ecology, Rashida worked at Mass General Hospital (PBO) on the Charlestown Navy Yard. After years of working as a Bookkeeper, Rashida took the bold step of making a career shift and decided to attend trade school to obtain her certification in HVAC-R. She has received her certificates in HVAC-R, EPA, OSHA-10, and more.
