For our fourth community meeting, we'll be sharing a working draft of the Request for Proposals (RFP) that will guide applicants submitting proposals for a mixed-use project combining a new library branch with affordable housing. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and give input on the draft RFP.

The Mayor’s Office of Housing, in partnership with the Woodrow Avenue Neighborhood Association (WANA) and Boston Society for Architecture, invite you to a Community Event regarding City-owned parcels at 61-63 and 65 Woodrow Avenue, as well as the parcel behind 61-63 Woodrow Avenue (parcel number 1402955000).

The second RFP pre-applicant conference involving making connections, networking, and possible partnership opportunities, will be held on May 25, 2022, at 2:00 PM. Pre-registration is required to participate.

The Department of Neighborhood Development (DND) is re-starting the community engagement process around a site composed of 11 City-owned parcels between Parker Street and Terrace Street. DND will lead a discussion with the neighborhood to determine objectives that will shape how this site might be developed by a new team. DND will also present plans to apply for an EPA Brownfields Cleanup grant. The public is invited to review and comment on the draft application materials posted on this site.
