To participate, adults can bring in clean tops, bottoms, shoes, dresses, or accessories in good condition to swap with other adults. 

Please do not bring in items that are stained, dirty, or damaged.

Up to 10 items of clothing can be dropped off at the front desk of the Brighton BPL beginning at 5:30 p.m. on August 14. The swap will begin at 6:30 p.m.. 

Please only take as many items as you bring and bring as many items as you take. Any remaining clothing will be donated to a textile drop off box

Registration is not required.

Franklin Park Ecological Restoration Kick-Off Meeting

On Monday July 14 at 7 p.m. the Franklin Park Coalition will host a virtual meeting with the Parks and Recreation Department to launch the City's restoration of Franklin Park's woodlands and natural areas. The Department's Urban Wilds and Natural Areas Team, which was recently charged with the task of creating and overseeing a Franklin Park natural areas crew, will participate in a presentation and discussion of the new ecological restoration efforts in Long Crouch Woods and elsewhere in Franklin Park.  The meeting will be an excellent opportunity for the community and new Parks staff to meet each other and discuss restoration approaches for implementing the 2022 Franklin Park Action Plan, as well as to plan volunteer days, educational programs and other ways the community can get involved with this long-term restoration effort.
