Rental Relief Fund
The Rental Relief Fund provides financial assistance to qualified renters affected by COVID-19.
To apply for the Rental Relief you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at or below 50% AMI (Area Median Income) according to the standards set by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). View the income limits.
- Be at risk of homelessness, eviction, or housing instability.
- Be economically impacted due to COVID-19.
- NOT be a full-time college or graduate student.
