The neighborhood SPARK Social is a monthly meet-up celebrating each unique community in Boston and educating folks about the resources and amenities that each neighborhood holds. The SPARK Social is a fun, laid back way for SPARK members (plus their friends and family) to get out and explore the neighborhoods of Boston.

Tremont Street Design Project public meeting
Join the Boston Transportation Department to discuss pedestrian safety improvements for Tremont Street in Lower Roxbury and the South End.
Our project aims to prioritize the safety and comfort of people who are walking along and across Tremont Street. We’ll share concept designs for public review and comment.
This meeting was previously scheduled for February 12 but was canceled due to the weather.
Note: We will cover the same material as our public meeting on November 28, as well as the meetings held at Castle Square on January 29 and at Villa Victoria on January 30.

Youth Engagement and Employment and BuildBPS will be hosting an informational for parents on January 31 at 1483 Tremont St at 6 p.m. to engage the BPS community in the upcoming vision for Boston's schools.

Dream Chaser Youth Artist Auditions
This is a call for youth artists! We are looking for inspirational teen musicians, dancers, and creatives!
Do you know of a local youth artist who's skilled at spoken word or is an amazing vocalist? If so, we're looking to showcase their skills and talent at the 2019 Dream Chasers event.
This event features a panelist of successful leaders of color in Boston and youth empowering performances. We are specifically looking for content that is inspirational and involves social justice. Auditions will be held on February 12 at the Tobin Community Center from 4 - 8 p.m.
