Ankita Dutta
Ankita Dutta is the Program Coordinator for the Mayor's Office of Language and Communications Access (OLCA). In this role, she supports training implementation efforts, which includes, leading, updating, and developing training and resources for the larger aim of ensuring equitable language access.
Before joining the team, she has worked as a learning experience designer for five years, where she worked with clients and stakeholders to identify problems and then design effective, engaging training solutions. Her passion lies in designing intuitive, educational experiences that make people's lives easier. She moved to the United States to study Human Factors in Information Design and has been working as a Research and Design Associate at the User Experience Center at Bentley University, Massachusetts. She is also on the Board of Directors of User Experience Professionals Association (UXPA) Boston chapter. As a multilingual immigrant from India, Ankita is proud to be a part of the inclusive efforts of OCLA to break language barriers.
Ankita holds an MA in English Literature from Banaras Hindu University, India and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Human Factors in Information Design at Bentley University, MA.
