Since 1960, Boston and Strasbourg have been sister cities, connected by shared values of democracy, education, and cultural exchange. Strasbourg, like Boston, is a center of government, economy, culture, education, and medicine. Strasbourg and Boston are known for their majestic churches and beautiful historic landmarks. Both cities place a great emphasis on historic preservation. In this exhibition, photographers from both cities turn their lenses on familiar streets, revealing what makes each location unique while discovering unexpected resonances across the Atlantic.

Join us to see the show, mingle with fellow art-lovers, and enjoy light refreshments at the opening reception of "2 Perspectives."

Directions:

Please use the entrance located on Congress St, across from Faneuil Hall. Pass security and take the elevators to the 2nd floor. The Mayor's Neighborhood Gallery is located to the left of the elevator bank.

The Disability Community Forum is a hybrid event hosted by the City of Boston Disabilities Commission to offer an opportunity for the public to provide input on disability access and inclusion to City of Boston officials.

Boston residents and visitors from every corner of the disability community are encouraged to participate, either in person or on Zoom! We value your perspective, and hope to hear from many community members. Tell us what is working and where improvement is needed related to City of Boston programs, policies, services, communications, and the built environment. You'll have the chance to give us your input and express your priorities! You can also ask us questions about topics you want to learn more about. Watch this video from last year's hybrid Disability Community Forum to learn more about this event.

Please join us on Tuesday, May 5, 2026 from 2 - 3:30 p.m. at Suffolk University Law School (120 Tremont Street, Boston MA 02108) or virtually on Zoom for this year's Disability Community Forum. Please register whether you plan to attend online or in person. If you plan to attend online, we will use your registration to send the Zoom link. Please also use the form to submit a question or comment in advance.

We hope you can participate and learn about the City's disability accessibility initiatives, and provide your input about accessibility and inclusion priorities.
