BERDO Phase 3 Regulations Listening Session

All are invited to join to hear about next steps in the Building Emissions Reduction and Disclosure Ordinance (BERDO) regulations development process.

The listening session will take place on Zoom on March 6, 2023, from 1:30 to 3 p.m. (EST).

Environment Department staff will provide an update on BERDO reporting compliance and introduce the key regulatory topics that will be covered in Phase 3 of the regulations development process. We will also welcome comments, questions, or feedback on any topics related to BERDO regulations and reporting as time allows. Please register for the meeting.

We encourage any individual and organization interested in nominating a Review Board member to attend this event. A recording will be shared on boston.gov/berdo following the session.

Description: Discover Boston's eventful history with our Urban Park Rangers as you stroll along the Boston Common and parts of the Freedom Trail exploring historical events, people, and communities that have shaped our city over the past 5 decades. Beginning Boston Tours vary in length from .5 miles up to 2 miles. Depending on the length, they can last from 30 minutes up to 2 hours. Starting location will be outside the VIC, with the ending location varying from tour-to-tour.  Restrooms and drinking water may or may not be available, come prepared with whatever you will need for the walk or hike.
