Join Mayor Wu and neighborhood residents for the groundbreaking of the new BCYF North End Community Center on December 4.
Mayor Wu will host a ground breaking near the BCYF Mirabella Pool at the future site of the North End Community Center. This location and all aspects of the design of the center were selected after a robust community engagement process and based on the input of local residents.
Join City partners for Brewing Connections, an intergenerational LGBTQ+ café where our community gathers to share experiences, listen deeply, and connect across generations.
Inspired by Oral History, a method Queer History Boston uses to preserve and archive LGBTQ+ stories, we’ll spark conversations that honor our past, ground us in the present, and imagine queer futures together. Over coffee, donuts, and fresh fruit, community members of all ages are invited to connect, share, and celebrate the power of living our truths out loud.
☕ Conversation. Community. Connection.
