A celebration of youth voice, activism and democracy!
The Mayor's Youth Council, Youth Lead the Change, Civic Engagement, and Workforce and Economic Development Committees invite local youth to Vote Fest.
The event features Youth Lead the Change voting, voter pre-registration, performances, raffles, and free food.

Join us use for a youth and police community basketball tournament that includes raffles, food, and more.
The Public Health and Safety Committee for the Mayor's Youth Council invites high school youth to come by BCYF Tobin Community Center. Cheer on your classmates as they play friendly games of basketball against Boston Police officers from Dorchester, Mattapan, and Roxbury.
There will be food, raffle prizes, voting for Youth Lead the Change, and more. Support for the event is provided by Northeastern University and Youth In Crisis.

Conservation Commission Hearing
In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40, the Boston Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing in Boston City Hall, Piemonte Room, at 6:00 p.m. on May 2, 2018 to review the following projects to determine what conditions, if any, the Commission will impose in order to protect the interests of the public and private water supply, ground water, prevention of pollution, flood control, prevention of storm damage, protection of fisheries and land containing shellfish, and protection of wildlife habitat.
